Who does your body and your time belong to?
Like tides, we have patterns that we can forecast. There are times when we are full of energy and ready to take on new goals, to push past what we previously considered ourselves capable of! The momentum of this higher tide lifts us and gives us support to rise up to see farther or move faster and with more ease. There are times when we run low—low on sleep, low on the time we feel we have to dedicate to ourselves and our wellbeing, creativity, or just unstructured days. Those low tide times can reveal so much of what is going on below the surface if we can take the time to investigate.
I am here to support you through the natural ebb and flow of your body through its weeks, months and years.
I am able to offer a perspective of care that is shaped by being witness to many different people and their bodies and patterns at different stages and ages.
Together we investigate and document information so that you can notice your own patterns during different seasons of activity, stress and daily life, and either change them or make them more purposeful, integrated and fun.
It’s a practice and a commitment.
In order for something to be different, recognizing and changing patterns is necessary. Change doesn’t have to be painful, but it does mean we need to be honest with ourselves about habits and let go of patterns that no longer serve us if we would like to feel different.
